I don’t know the first thing about building or extensions, so when I decided to open my clinic in a pretty run-down space, it was a very daunting process. I was recommended and met with Modify the Manor and we discussed what I wanted to set up, with what budget and by what date I needed to achieve it by.

Natalie and Eli hand held me through the process of sprucing up, modernising and extending the space I was putting together to produce a medical clinic. They gave me professional advice on how to set things up, various things to consider in terms of space, lighting, room sizes for future extensions, and even took me around to local stores to select materials for the clinic. During my overseas trip while the extension was taking place, they sent me photos to keep me updated.

I had the pleasure of working with Eli on the renovation of our home in Waiora Rd, North Caulfield. The renovation was substantial and involved the building of three new rooms, major cabinetry, painting and a complete makeover of the outdoors.

Throughout the course of the renovation, Eli was accurate in his initial assessment of scale and cost, clear in his record keeping and time log, and diligent in managing the subcontractors. I have known Eli Moadim, proprietor of Modify the Manor, for approximately 18 months. Eli was referred to me following severe flood damage to our home. During this time Eli rectified the damage, including that caused by a prior builder.

Natalie and Eli undertook a huge project which was the complete gutting, renovation and rebuild of a 9 unit apartment building in Foam Street, Elwood. This entailed rebuilding the entire complex, only the original walls were kept in place. Nine, 3-bedroom modern units were rebuilt, with new roofing, electrical, plumbing, fit out and everything else required.

As I reside in NSW, they were not only the builders, but designed the fit out, selected and sourced the finishes, dealt with insurance, permits, fire compliance and everything else. The project was completed within budget and on time to the highest possible standard, with not one onsite meeting. This is an extraordinary outcome.

Natalie and Eli are consummate professionals and I would recommend them to anyone undertaking any building works whatsoever. Terrible experiences with other builders since in NSW have only highlighted what an incredible team they are and how no one offers better service, commitment and building standards.
